- Emergent needs are met with staff support 24 hours/day
- Length of stay is typically 72 hours or less
- Goal is to help the individual return to independent living
Supported Community Living (SCL) and Community Support Services (CSS)
- Home visits and office visits for 70+ individuals living in the community
- Rehabilitative services tailored towards individualized needs
- Emphasis on symptom management and self-sufficiency skills
- Affordable and quality housing secured with staff assistance
- Accredited through the division of MH/MR/DD
Day Habilitation
