Payment for Services

Payment for services depends on the eligibility guidelines outlined in the county management plan of which the consumer has legal settlement. If a person is unclear what county of legal settlement they are under, contact the Central Point of Coordination (CPC) office by calling your local courthouse.

Payment options include:

• Habilitative Services (Medicaid funding + county funding)
• County of legal settlement
• Iowa Plan for Behavioral Services
• Private Pay
