NITC employs 21 individuals who have dedicated themselves to providing services designed to diminish the impact of mental illness and to assist individuals to live in their community with greater independence.
NITC’s Executive Director in conjunction with the Business/HR Manager, RCF/PMI Administrator, and SCL Program Director oversee the operation of NITC’s programs.
The RCF/PMI staff provides a home-like atmosphere for 15 adults. Rehabilitative programming is provided with a focus on symptom management and independent living skills.
The SCL Program staff provides community-based services to approximately 80 individuals. These services are tailored towards individualized needs.
In addition to the direct care staff, NITC employs 2 Administrative Assistants, a Clinical Consultant, and a Maintenance person.
