BOARD OF DIRECTORS

NITC’s Board of Directors is comprised of 10 individuals representing all walks of life from Mason City and its surrounding communities.

These individuals are dedicated to improving the quality of life of persons with mental illness, their family, and the community.

The Board’s role is to:

• Govern the organization’s resources.
• Preserve, develop and expand programs and services for those served.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan based on input from staff, consumers, and stakeholders.
• Set organization policy.
• Serve as advocates for the organization.
